Fees and Cost Schedule
Fees and costs associated with the badging process must be paid at the time of the appointment. Failure to pay at the time of the appointment may require you to forfeit your scheduled appointment time and require you to reschedule your appointment.
Some companies and/or government agencies are exempt from the new applicant and/or renewal fees. Please contact your authorized signer to determine whether this exemption applies to you.
Additionally, some companies are invoiced for their badging fees rather than having the individual employee cover the new applicant and renewal fees. Please contact your authorized signer to determine whether or not your company covers the badging new applicant and/or renewal fees.
The following fees are applicable to the BUR badging process:
New Applicant: $60
Lost ID Fees

The Airport Badging Office will only accept cash or credit/debit cards for all badging fees. Exact cash is preferred due to limited cash on hand throughout the day. Personal checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
